Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refund Process

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
