1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high demand periods, sales events or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Lila Melbourne is not responsible for customs fees, import duties or local taxes that may apply to international orders.
Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
7. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lila Melbourne is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
